热轧输送辊的埋弧堆焊修复

摘    要:通过分析热轧输送辊失效的原因,选择合理的焊接材料和焊接工艺--药芯焊丝埋弧堆焊,成功地修复了不锈钢分公司热轧厂材质为SF55的热连轧输送辊道辊,并详细阐述了该堆焊修复工艺.生产实践表明:修复后的输送辊道工作寿命是新辊道的1.5~2.0倍,修复费用为新辊道成本的30%~35%,经济效益显著.

Abstract:By the means of analysis the reason of the hot rolled transport roller′s invalidation,and the reasonable welding materials-hard facing flux cored wire for submerged surfacing welding is choosed.The successful remediation of SF55 hot continuous rolling roller conveyer roller of baosteel stainless steel branch hot rolled factory is described,and the hard facing remediation process is also introduced in the article,the practice of production indicates the working life of the repaired transport rollers are 1.5~2 times of the wording life of the new ones,the expenses are 30%~35% of the new ones.Its economic efficiency has greatly improved.
