摘    要:对合成的Y型分子筛进行改性,研究它们在苯和乙醇制乙苯工艺中的液相烷基转移反应性能,得到一种活性较高、稳定性较好的催化剂.考察了在该催化剂作用下苯与乙醇制乙苯工艺中的液相烷基转移反应,实验得到较佳的工艺条件为:反应温度120~230℃,反应压力3.0~3.8 MPa,苯和二乙苯质量比2.0~8.0,总物料空速0.5~3....

Abstract:A synthesized Y -zeolite molecular sieve was modified, and its effect on the liquid phase transalkylation reaction in the ethyl benzene preparation process with benzene and ethanol was investigated. The catalyst of high activity and good stability was prepared based on the research. The liquid phase transalky- lation reaction in the ethyl benzene production process with benzene and ethanol was studied, and the pre- ferred process conditions identified through experiments are reaction temperature: 120 to 120℃, reaction pressure: 3.0 to 3.8 MPa, mass ratio of benzene to diethylbenzene: 2.0 to 8.0, total space velocity of materials: 0.5 to3.3 h-1.
