摘    要:以二氧化钛负载硅钨酸(H4SiW12O40/TiO2)为催化剂,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸和正丁醇为原料,合成了2,4-滴丁酯.通过正交实验确定了合成反应的适宜条件:固定2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸用量0.04 mol,2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸与正丁醇物质的量比为1:5,催化剂用量0.15 g,带水剂环己烷8 mL,反应时间2 h.在此...

Abstract:2,4 -D butylate was synthesized from 2,4 -dichlorophenoxyacetic acid and n -butanol using H4SiW12O40/TiO2 as catalyst. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: molar ratio of acid to alcohol 1:5, amount of the catalyst 0.15 g (based on 0.04 mol 2,4 - dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), the volume of cyclohexane as water - carrying agent 8 mL, and reflux reaction time 2 hours. The yield of 2,4 - D butylate can reach 80.78% under above conditions. The product was characterized by IR.
