摘    要:利用一定比例的改性大豆油(大豆油脂肪酸甲酯)替代油墨中的矿物油类有机溶剂,尽可能减少有害有机溶剂在数码速印油墨中的使用量.考察了替代前后油墨样品的粘度、初干性、流动度、光泽度、贮存稳定性等性能,探讨其最佳替代比例.利用红外光谱及流变分析方法对油墨样品进行表征.实验结果表明,大豆油脂肪酸甲酯在数码速印油墨中替代矿物油的最...

Abstract:Mineral oils as organic solvents in ink can be replaced using a certain proportion of modified soybean oil( methyl fatty acid ester)to minimize the amount of harmful organic solvents in the digital speedy printing ink. The printability such as viscosity, initial dryness, fluidity, gloss, storage stability of the ink were examined before and after replacing the mineral oil with modified soybean oil and the optimum replacement proportion was determined. The ink samples produced were characterized by IR spectroscopy and rheologie a- nalysis. Experimental results show that the optimum content of methyl fatty acid ester in digital speedy printing ink was 10% (based on the original amount of mineral oil) and the ink samples after replacement meet the requirements of ink.
