数控加工环境下优化型切削数据库的开发

摘    要:针对数控加工缺乏合理的优化型切削参数的问题,建立了优化型切削数据库.通过对数据库中离散数据进行非线性插值,使其更好的适应数控加工的环境需要.此外,将切削加工过程中的优化型参数存储到数据库,方便技术人员查阅参考,从而实现对优化后切削参数的有效管理,该成果已在一些企业得到应用.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of lacking reasonable optimized cutting parameters in NC machining,optimized cutting database are established.Through the nonlinear interpolation of discrete data to make the environment better suite the CNC machining needs.In addition,the cutting process in the optimized parameters are stored in the database to make technician convenient to reference,which can achieve the effective management after the optimal cutting parameters,this achievement has been applied in many enterprises.
