乙烯废碱液生物处理工艺研究

摘    要:考察了将废碱液引入腈纶混合废水对生化处理效果的影响,对SBR工艺与生物接触氧化工艺进行比较.实验结果表明,加入低含量的废碱液,微生物活性不受影响,可获得较好的处理效果;同时,采用生物接触氧化工艺处理效果好于SBR工艺.

Abstract:The effect of blending the waste alkali liquor from ethylene plant into the mixed waste water from acrylon plant on the biochemical treatment of waste water was studied,and the comparison of SBR technology with biocontact oxidation process was made.The test results have shown that the microbial activity is not affected and the treatment effect is good when a small amount of this waste alkali liquor is added and that biocontact oxidation process is better than SBR technology in treatment effect.
