| 摘 要： | 研究由单个制造商和单个租赁商构成的汽车租赁闭环供应链的回购合同设置问题。发现在汽车租赁商的维护成本与旧车返回率具有相关性的前提下，单纯的回购合同无法实现供应链协调。提出了奖惩策略，结果表明，在回购合同中引入该策略后，占主导地位的制造商可以对租赁商的订购数量和旧车返回率实施控制和引导，从而实现汽车租赁闭环供应链的协调。

| Abstract: | In a closed-loop supply chain composed of an auto manufacturer and a car renter,the renter rents cars from the auto manufacturer and return them to the manufacturer after used.A game theory model is presented to describe such a supply chain.By this model,it is found that,to be profitable for the renter,the car returned rate should be dependent on maintenance cost.Thus,the traditional buy-back policy cannot produce a reasonable profit allocation between the manufacturer and renter.To overcome this problem,a ... |
