乳化油雾化特性对柴油机燃烧过程影响的研究

摘    要:摘要作者在燃烧定容弹模拟装置中,运用高速纹影和同轴远场巨脉冲激光全息技术,对乳化油的油束微观结构动态变化过程进行了测定.基于获得的雾化破碎实验结果,应用新建立的燃烧模型预测发动机的动力、经济性能以及气体排放,对照试验数据,两者基本一致.研究表明,掺水乳化油中的水份有助于降低柴油机的油耗和排放.

Abstract:Dynamic atomization characteristics of emulsified diesel spray in a combustion bomb was investigated using the single-pluse laser in-line Fraunhofer holographic and high-speed sehlieren photographic technique. A numerical model was developed to describe the drop fragmentation in emulsified oil spray. Good agreement between experimental and calculated results was obtained and a conclusion was achieved that the water in emulsified fuel has a favorable effect on reducing both fuel comsumption and emissions for diesel engines.
