淀粉粒度效应对热塑性微细化淀粉熔体流变学行为影响

摘    要:应用丙三醇/聚乙烯醇复合增塑剂分别塑化不同粒度微细化淀粉,对热塑化过程以及塑化产物的流变行为进行分析测定,结果表明,随着微细化淀粉的粒度降低,比表面积增加,与复合增塑剂反应接触位点增多,复合增塑剂与淀粉间的相互渗透作用增强,塑化效果得到改善,塑化产物熔体的流动性提高,因此适当降低淀粉粒度可以提高塑化效果,改善热塑性淀粉的机械加工性能.

Abstract:Different size grades of starch grains were plasticized by compound plasticizer respectively and the plasticization process and the rheological property of each thermoplastic micronized starch melt were studied. It was found that along with the size of starch grains decreasing, the reactive area between micronized starch and compound plasticizer increased, which leading to improve the rheological property of thermoplastic micronized starch. So by properly decreasing the size of starch grains, the mechanical property of thermoplastic starch was enhanced.
