摘    要:应用带变异算子的改进粒子群算法对安钢一炼轧连铸板坯的二冷制度进行了优化计算。针对安钢板坯连铸机的特点,建立了连铸板坯凝固传热的二维数学模型,模型的坯壳厚度计算值与现场硫印射钉法实测值一致。由冶金准则及设备约束条件设计优化算法的价值函数,用改进粒子群优化算法以价值函数值最小化为目标,对二冷区各段的水量进行优化。优化后的二冷制度使铸坯各段表面冷却速率和表面温度回升速率趋于平缓,与冶金准则对改善铸坯冷却过程和提高产品质量的要求相吻合。

Abstract:This paper is devoted to the application of a new method based on an improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO) with mutation algorithm in an optimal of the secondary cooling system in the continuous slab casting at No.1 steel making and rolling plant of Anyang iron and steel Corp.,2-D mathematical model is firstly developed on the equipment characteristics,which describes heat transfer in slab solidification.Shell thickness of simulations performed using the mathematical model are validated against the measured values through nail shooting and sulfur printing and a good agreement is observed.Value function consists of metallurgical criteria and equipment constraints,The IPSO algorithm applies for optimal of the secondary cooling system aiming at minimize value function.The rise/drop rate of slab surface temperature is smaller between sprays zones under the optimized system,this is agree with the metallurgical criteria to improve cooling process.
