压裂液伤害及油层保护研究

摘    要:压裂施工中压裂液对油层和裂缝导流能力会造成伤害,直接影响压裂改造的效果。从压裂液残 渣、滤饼、破肢不彻底对油层和裂缝导流能力造成物理伤害及支撑剂选择不当造成裂缝导流能力物理伤 害原因进行系统的研究和试验;并依据室内试验结论,探讨了降低硼交联压裂液对油层和裂缝导流能力 伤害方法。研究结果表明,本研究对油层压裂改造中的压裂液种类及应用工艺的选择,进一步提高压裂 改造效果具有重要意义。

Abstract:In fracture operation, fracture fluid would cause damage to the reservoirs and fracture conductivity, which di-rectly influences the effect of fracture reconstruction. A systematical study and experiments are carried out on the con-ductivity capacity damage to the reservoir and fractures from aspects of fracture fluid residues, filter cakes and uncom-plete demulsification and the physical damage of unproper selection of proppants to the fracture conductivity capaci-ty. Based on the result of the laboratory experiments, the damage of boron cross-link fracture fluid to the conductivity ca-pacity is discussed. The result shows that the study is of great significance to the selection of fracture fluids and tech-niques for its operation and to the improvement of fracture reconstruction effect in the fracture reconstruction.
