纳米氧化锆热障涂层完整性研究

摘    要:分别采用超音速火焰喷涂技术(HVOF)与大气等离子喷涂技术(APS)喷涂NiCrAlY粘结底层, APS喷涂纳米氧化锆的方法获得了两种热障涂层(涂层A与B),并评估了热震试验前后涂层的完整性。试验结果表明:二者热震前,完整性基本相当,涂层结合强度为(55±5)MPa;但是经过热震试验后,涂层A具有更好的完整性。

Study on Integrality of Nano-Zirconia TBCs

Abstract:Two kinds of bonding coatings(NiCrAlY,0.1 mm) were prepared by HVOF and air plasma spray,on which nano-Zirconia coatings(6%~8%YSZ,0.25~0.3 mm) were sprayed by APS,then we got two kinds of TBCs,Coating A and Coating B.Their integrality before and after thermal shock test were estimated by bonding strength and SEM micrograph of the surfaces.The results indicate that,their integrality is almost equal to each other before and after thermal shock test,the bonding strength is (55±5) MPa.After thermal shock test,the integrality of coating A is better than Coating B's.
