| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the measures of soil and water conservation in accordance with the characteristic of coal mine construction, the district to consider mainly such as stags removel district, mineral resources transport district, giving and dischanging work district; power supple circuit and living district when the soil and water conservation plans worked out. |
