澄清灰水化学需氧量相关因素的实验研究

摘    要:以某电厂实际灰水系统和取自6个电厂的不同灰样为研究对象,实验研究了灰水沉降时间、取样深度以及飞灰烧失量对澄清灰水COD值的影响,发现飞灰烧失量是影响澄清灰水COD值的主要因素,二者间有较好的线性关系,其相关系数可达0.93~0.95,指出了改善锅炉的燃烧状态以及足够的灰水澄清时间和低速外排是避免COD超标的关键。

Abstract:Dependence of COD in clear ash water on the subsidence time of particles, the sampling depth and the unburned carbon in ash are studied with the samples of some power plants. It is found that COD value is in closely related to UBC in ash and liner relationship between them is obtained. Correlation coefficients can come up to 0.93-0.95. The value of COD in overflow ash water can be decreased by improvements of boiler combustion, enough subsidence time and lower flow velocity of ash water.
