摘    要:火炮射击时,为保证车载高炮系统连续射击的精度,其底盘必须处于水平状态。吸取瑞士GDF-001牵引高炮三点调平的成熟经验,提出四点调平原理。分别应用2个调平传感器,经电路和油路分别控制液压缸运动,调平油缸向四点中的最高点看齐。最高点由地面状况随机决定。对高炮而言,最高点的高度由最低火线高决定。系统中设有流量调节环节,电液比例调速阀在快挡可以缩短整个调平时间,在慢挡可以保证调平精度。该自动调平控制系统降低了系统成本和维护保养费,提高了系统工作可靠性,为调平系统实际设计提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to ensure continuous fire accuracy of vehicle-mounted anti-aircraft gun, chassis must be in level state. Based on 3 points leveling experience of Swiss GDF-001 towed anti-aircraft gun, 4 points leveling principle was proposed. By means of 2 leveling sensors, and taking electrical circuit and oil pipeline as control devices to control movement of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic cylinder was leveled to top of 4 points. The top point was decided by ground state. For vehicle-mounted anti-aircraft gun, height of top point is decided by minimum bore height. Equipped with flow regulator in system, electro-hydraulic proportional speed regulating valve can decrease leveling time in high speed gear, and ensure leveling accuracy in low speed gear. The automatic leveling control system can reduce system maintenance and support cost, improve system operational reliability, and provide basis for leveling system actual design.
