| 摘 要： | 为研究自动扶梯主驱动链的疲劳寿命问题,通过主驱动链破断试验和内外链板的无损检测,分析其主要失效形式。通过正常润滑、无润滑、循环载荷三种不同工况下主驱动链疲劳试验情况,分析不同工况对主驱动链疲劳寿命的影响。提出了提高主驱动链疲劳寿命的方法及在役主驱动链的判废标准。研究成果为自动扶梯主驱动链的设计及检测工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | The main failure modes of the main drive chain are analyzed through the breaking test of the main drive chain and the non-destructive testing of the inner and outer chains.The influence of different working conditions on the fatigue life of the main drive chain is analyzed through the fatigue test of the main drive chain under three different working conditions:normal lubrication,non-lubrication and cyclic load.The improvement of the fatigue life of the main drive chain is put forward. |
