摘    要:通过分析传统水平吊具起吊产品时水平度调节困难问题,设计了一款自动调平吊具。该吊具通过加装平衡传感器、PLC控制器、调平电机、翻转电机等电气控制及执行元件,运用一定的控制策略实现被吊物起吊过程中的自动调平,极大地节省了调平时间。根据吊具的承载要求对关键执行元器件进行了选型计算,基于ABAQUS有限元软件对吊具骨架进行了刚强度计算分析,确保吊具在最大承载工况下仍满足安全性要求。

Abstract:By analyzing the difficulty in adjusting the levelness of traditional horizontal slings when lifting products, an automatic leveling sling is designed. The sling uses a certain control strategy to realize automatic leveling during the lifting of the lifted object by additionally installing electric control and execution elements such as a balance sensor, a PLC controller, a leveling motor, a turnover motor and the like, greatly saving leveling time. According to the load-bearing requirements of the sling, type selection calculations of key executive components are carried out. The stiffness and strength of the sling framework are calculated and analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element software to make sure that the sling can still meet the safety requirements under the maximum load-bearing conditions.
