摘    要:为解决22Cr12NiWMoV锻件性能热处理后粗晶问题,采用不同温度热处理相结合方式,观察了金相组织变化特征,并对晶粒细化机理进行阐述。试验结果表明:将22Cr12NiWMoV锻件在非平衡组织状态下,先进行850℃×3h炉冷,再进行1040℃×0.5h油冷、690℃×3h空冷后,晶粒度等级可由2级细化到5级。

Abstract:In order to solve coarse-grain after forgings treatment of 22Cr12NiWMoV forgings, the metallographic structure has been observed and the refining mechanism has been analyzed after different heating processing. The results display that for 22Cr12NiWMoV forging steel, the grain size refined from level 2 to level 5 under non-equilibrium state organization at 850℃×3hFC,1040℃×0.5hOC,690℃×3hFC.
