基于X射线衍射法的圆筒对接焊缝残余应力测试与分析

摘    要:利用X射线衍射法对圆筒对接焊缝的残余应力进行测试分析。研究焊接残余应力测试方法,给出合理的电化学腐蚀参数,即合理的腐蚀深度。分析电动打磨与手工打磨对残余应力测试结果产生的影响。分析残余应力测试对电解抛光的具体要求。分析不同腐蚀深度下残余应力的变化规律。结果表明:电动打麿破坏试件表面残余应力分布,手工砂纸打磨使试件表面残余应力增大;电化学腐蚀后的抛光处理对表面残余应力测试值有一定影响,抛光不完整导致残余应力值减小50%以上;试件表面残余应力随腐蚀深度增加有减小的趋势,与理论分析结果接近。

Abstract:The residual stress of butt weld of cylinder is tested and analyzed by adopting X-ray diffraction method.The test method of welding residual stress is studied,and reasonable electrochemical corrosion parameters,i.e.reasonable corrosion depth,are given.The influence of electric polishing and manual polishing on the test results of residual stress is analyzed.The specific requirements of residual stress testing for electrolytic polishing are analyzed.The variation law of residual stress under different corrosion depths is analyzed.The results show that electric blasting damages the distribution of residual stress on the surface of the specimen,and manual sanding increases the residual stress on the surface of the specimen.Polishing treatment after electrochemical corrosion has certain influence on the surface residual stress test value.Incomplete polishing results in a reduction of residual stress value by more than 50%.The residual stress on the specimen surface tends to decrease with the increase of corrosion depth,which is close to the theoretical analysis results.
