某电厂汽轮机低压缸零出力供热工况低压末级叶片流场特性分析

摘    要:以某电厂350MW供热机组为研究对象,机组进行低压缸零出力改造后低压缸进汽流量骤降,最低流量仅为20t/h,导致运行工况远远偏离设计值而影响末级叶片的安全性,运用数值模拟软件CFX,分析了不同低压缸进汽流量下末级叶栅流场特性。结果表明,低压缸进汽流量在20t/h时,末级叶栅气流脱离严重,当流量为500t/h时,末级叶栅流场光滑平稳,模拟结果对供热机组低压缸零出力改造具有一定指导性意义。
