摘    要:针对某核电厂在执行装料前堆芯坐标验证工作时发现的装卸料机转塔旋转180°后模拟燃料组件无法在堆芯中正确落座问题,从装卸料机夹爪、固定套筒、伸缩套筒和模拟燃料组件几方面进行了原因查找与分析。发现装卸料机夹爪发生意外磕碰使得伸缩套筒下端的连接法兰产生形变,进而导致装卸料机主提升的同心度参数出现超差,该偏差在传递至模拟燃料组件下管座的过程中被进一步放大,加之装卸料机坐标意外被整体偏移,最终造成了堆芯坐标验证异常问题的产生。提出了相应的处理方案并最终彻底解决问题。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the simulated fuel assembly cannot be seated correctly in the core after the turret of the manipulator crane rotates 180 degrees during the verification of the core coordinates before loading in a nuclear power plant, the causes are found and analyzed from the aspects of the loader gripper, the fixed sleeve, the telescopic sleeve and the simulated fuel assembly. It was found that the unexpected collision of the gripper of the manipulator crane caused the deformation of the connecting flange at the lower end of the telescopic sleeve, thus causing the concentricity parameter of the main hoist of the manipulator crane to be out of tolerance. The deviation was further amplified in the process of being transferred to the lower pipe seat of the simulated fuel assembly. In addition, the coordinates of the manipulator crane were accidentally shifted integrally, which finally resulted in the abnormal verification of the core coordinates. The corresponding treatment scheme is put forward and the problem is finally completely solved.
