高耐渗透耐温聚合物涂层在湿法脱硫塔上的应用

湿法脱硫塔的防腐问题一直是脱硫系统的一个重要课题。湿法脱硫塔及其附属设备因其腐蚀环境恶劣,施工工艺要求高,防腐时效短等问题,使得湿法脱硫设备在使用过程中存在诸多困难。针对湿法脱硫塔防腐问题的特殊性,提出了具有施工工艺要求低,粘结强度高,同时具有高耐渗透性、高耐酸碱性及长效耐硫酸老化性能的新型环保无溶剂型高耐渗透耐温聚合物复合涂层材料,并成功应用到了湿法脱硫塔及烟道,有效解决了湿法脱硫塔及烟道防腐工艺上存在的问题。

In this paper, aiming at the particularity of anti-corrosion wet desulfurization tower problem, a new environment-friendly and solvent-free polymer composite coating material structure is put forward, which has low construction technology requirements, high adhesive strength, high anti-permeability, high acid and alkali resistance and Long effect sulfuric acid aging resistance,and that has been successfully applied to the wet desulphurization tower and flue,which effectively solves the problems in the wet desulfurization tower and the flue corrosion protection technology.
