摘    要:采用数值计算软件Fluent对600MW三塔合一间接空冷塔进行了三维模型计算,通过改变环境风速模拟研究了空冷塔内部流场流动情况。着重分析了不同风速下烟塔内部流动通风量变化特性和塔内气流流动形成的漩涡变化规律。结果表明,无风工况时,空冷塔内部流动稳定,无漩涡扰动,流动平稳。有环境风工况下,漩涡对称分布在脱硫塔两侧,在中速风下漩涡面积整体更大,漩涡的大小直接影响塔内气体流动;随着环境风速的增大,漩涡位置也逐渐向背风侧移动,造成背风侧区域流动也更加紊乱,直接影响背风侧散热器换热效果;随着塔内气流上升,漩涡也在逐渐增大。

Abstract:The numerical simulation software Fluend was used to calculate the three-dimensional model of a 600MW three-tower indirect air-cooling tower. The flow field inside the air-cooling tower was simulated by changing the ambient wind speed. The change rule of vortexes formed by the heat transfer heat inside the tower and the flow of air in the tower was analyzed emphatically. The results show that in the absence of wind conditions, the flow inside the air-cooled tower is stable , no vortex disturbance and steady flow. Under ambient wind conditions, the vortices are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the desulfurization tower. The whirlpool area is larger in the middle speed wind, and the size of the vortex directly affects the gas flow in the tower. As the ambient wind speed increases, the vortex position gradually increases to the back The wind side moves, resulting in more turbulent flow in the leeward side area, which directly affects the heat exchange effect of the lee side radiator;as the air flow in the tower rises, the eddy also increases gradually.
