摘    要:上汽国际分拨立体自动化仓库系统以汽车零部件和售后件为主体,通过主要生产区、部件堆放区、车身预固定区、零部件包装区、包材制作区等区域的合理配置,采用自动仓储技术对库区的入库、分拣、出库、包装及数据管理等功能实现自动化、智能化、信息化和标准化,提高分拨中心保管能力与运作效率。采用环形小车形式,系统更灵活,在增强系统柔性的同时,也为系统后期的扩展预留了空间。

Abstract:The main business of SAIC International Distribution AS/RS is the selling of the auto parts and after-sales parts. Through reasonable allocation of main production areas, parts stacking areas, body pre-fixing areas, parts packaging areas, packaging materials manufacturing areas and other areas, it adopts automatic storage technology to realize automation, intelligence, informatization and standardization of in-warehousing, sorting, out-warehousing, packaging and data management functions in the warehouse area, so as to improve the storage capacity and operation efficiency of the distribution center. The system is more flexible by adopting ring shuttles, which not only enhances the flexibility of the system, but also reserves space for the later expansion of the system.
