摘    要:针对高层建筑物外墙涂料施工大多采用搭建脚手架和人工吊篮的方式,不仅施工成本高、喷涂效率低,而且工人的生命安全难以保证。鉴于此,文中提出并设计了一种基于PLC控制的高空外墙喷涂机,该装置主要包括提升机构、吊篮机构、喷涂机构、吸附机构以及气动控制系统,其中移动平台通过PLC控制行程开关的通断实现喷头左右往复喷涂;吸附机构通过气动控制系统实现障碍物跨越并保持连续喷涂。同时,对设计的PLC控制系统和气动系统进行了验证,实验表明该装置工作稳定、安全可靠,一定程度上可替代人工操作,提高了喷涂效率和喷涂质量。

Abstract:For high-rise building exterior wall coating construction,scaffolding and artificial hanging baskets are mostly used,which not only brings high construction cost and low spraying efficiency,but also makes it is difficult to ensure the life safety of workers.Considering such circumstances,this paper proposes and designs a kind of high-altitude exterior wall spraying machine based on PLC control.The device mainly includes lifting mechanism,hanging basket mechanism,spraying mechanism,adsorption mechanism and pneumatic control system,in which the mobile platform controls the on-off of the travel switch by PLC to realize the left and right reciprocating spraying of the nozzle.The adsorption mechanism realizes obstacle crossing and maintains continuous spraying through a pneumatic control system.At the same time,the designed PLC control system and pneumatic system are verified.Experiments show that the device is stable,safe and reliable,and can replace manual operation to a certain extent,improving the spraying efficiency and spraying quality.
