摘    要:为提高焊接自动化水平,改善焊接质量,减少打磨,实现降本增效,针对港口起重机箱形梁隔板加强筋开展自动化焊接工艺研究,并结合隔板加强筋的结构特点对比分析小车自动焊、专机自动焊和机器人自动焊的可行性和适用性,发现小车自动焊方法可实现性较高。通过小车结构设计和选型,专用辅助工装设计与改进,最终实现了隔板加强筋自动化焊接。

Abstract:In order to develop welding automation, improve the welding quality, reduce grinding and realize cost reduction and efficiency increase, an automatic welding process research is carried out for the partition reinforcing ribs of box girder in the port crane. Combined with the structural characteristics of the partition reinforcing ribs, the feasibility and applicability of car automatic welding, special machine automatic welding and robot automatic welding are compared and analyzed, and it is found that the car automatic welding method can be realized with high efficiency. Through the structural design and selection of the trolley and the design and improvement of the special auxiliary tooling, the automatic welding of the partition reinforcing ribs is finally realized.
