东亚小花蝽产卵基质适合性研究

摘    要:【背景和目的】东亚小花蝽(Oriussauteri)是一种具有应用潜力的捕食性天敌。筛选适宜东亚小花蝽人工规模化饲养的产卵基质。【方法】选取芸豆荚(Phaseolus vulgaris)、龙豆荚(Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC.)和长豇豆荚(Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc.)为产卵基质,比较东亚小花蝽在3种基质上的产卵量、孵化率及F1代性比,及评价卵在10℃条件的耐藏性。【结果】(1)东亚小花蝽在芸豆荚上的单雌平均产卵量和孵化率最高,分别为92.52粒和90.47%;龙豆荚为89.90粒和90.16%,两者差异不显著,但显著高于长豇豆荚的78.70粒和80.49%;(2)10℃冷藏,芸豆荚和龙豆荚上的卵孵化率差异不显著,但显著高于长豇豆荚上的卵孵化率(P<0.05);(3)冷藏20d时,芸豆荚上卵孵化率为70.22%,龙豆荚为67.77%,长豇豆荚为31.58%。【结论】芸豆荚和龙豆荚可作为东亚小花蝽规模化饲养的产卵基质。

Suitability study of different oviposition substrates for Orius sauteri
Abstract:  Background  Orius sauteri is an important natural predator with great utilization potential. This study aims to select oviposition substrate suitable for mass rearing of Orius sauteri.  Methods  Taking(Phaseolus vulgaris, Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC., Vigna unguiculata subsp. Sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc.) as three oviposition substrates, the biological parameters such as the number of eggs laid per female, egghatching rate, sex ratio of O. sauteri were examined, and the eggs hatching rate of O. sauteri was tested after stored in 10℃.  Results  The results show: 1) The number of eggs laid by single female of Orius sauteri and egg hatching rate on Phaseolus vulgaris were the highest(92.52 eggs and 90.47%, respectively)) followed by on Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC.(89.90 eggs and 90.16%, respectively), there was no significant difference in the number of eggs laid by single female of Orius sauteri and egg hatching rate when using Phaseolus vulgaris or Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC. as oviposition substrates, but they were significantly higher than on Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc.(78.70 eggs and 80.49%, respectively). 2) There was no significant difference in the eggs hatching rate of Orius sauteri stored at 10℃ between Phaseolus vulgaris and Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC., but they were significantly higher than on Vigna unguiculata subsp. Sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc., 3) The hatching rate of eggs on Phaseolus vulgaris was the highest(70.22%)when stored in 10℃ for 20 days, followed by on Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC.(67.77%), the lowest was on Vigna unguiculata subsp. sesquipedalis (L.) Verdc.(31.58%).  Conclusion  Phaseolus vulgaris and Psophocarpus tetragonolobus (Linn.) DC. can be used to mass rearing of Orius sauteri.
