摘    要:渤中19-6大型凝析气田是渤海湾盆地迄今发现的最大天然气田,储量超千亿立方米,该区块井深基本都在5000 m以上,井温普遍达到180 ℃以上,测井作业面临巨大挑战。由于耐高温设备不足,而常规仪器设计工作温度只有175 ℃,对于超过175 ℃的高温井来说,很难取全测井资料。该文提出一种利用常温仪器取全高温井测井资料的新方法,该方法改变传统的电缆上提测量模式,通过优化仪器串组合采用下放测量的方式,减少高温对仪器的影响时间,在测井仪器到达极限作业条件前完成资料采集,同时也提出相应深度校正方法,达到取全取准测井资料的目的。该方法在渤中19-6气田取得了良好的应用效果,对高温深井作业有很好的借鉴作用。

Application of A New Logging Method for High Temperature Wells in Bozhong 19-6 Gas Field

Abstract:Bozhong 19-6 large condensate gas field is the largest natural gas field discovered in Bohai Bay basin so far, with reserves of more than 100 billion cubic meters. Most well depth in this block exceed 5000 meters, and the well temperature generally reaches above 180 ℃. It is difficult to get full logging data because high-temperature equipment is lacking and the setting temperature of conventional instruments is only 175 ℃. This makes logging operations face great challenges. This paper presents a new method of using conventional temperature instrument tools to obtain logging data of high temperature wells. This method changes the traditional cable up measurement mode, using the method of down measurement by optimizing the combination of instrument strings, reducing influencing time of high temperature on the instrument, making it possible to complete data collection before logging tools reach limiting conditions for operation. Aiming to get full and accurate logging data, this paper also illustrates the corresponding depth correction method. This method is applied effectively in Bozhong 19-6 gas field, and has a good reference for high temperature deep well operation.
