渤海油田无人平台智能分层注水工艺研究与应用

摘    要:随着海上油田注水技术的发展,智能分层注水因其特有的优势得到更多油田的青睐。近年来渤海油田开发较多地运用中心处理平台加无人井口平台模式,针对无人平台注水井分层配注的难题,研制出通过地面控制系统,利用液压管线远程控制调节井下流量阀的技术,进而达到分层调配的目的。该工艺于2021年在渤海某无人平台B井得到了成功应用,性能可靠,测调效果良好。该文从工艺技术、关键装置及现场施工应用等方面对其进行了介绍,为后期海上油田开展分层注水提供了有益的参考。

Research and Application of Intelligent Layered Water Injection Technology for an Unmanned Platform in Bohai Oilfield

Abstract:With the development of water injection technology in offshore oil fields, intelligent layered water injection is favored by more oil fields because of its unique advantages. In recent years, the mode of central processing platform and unmanned wellhead platform have been widely used in the development of Bohai oilfield, aiming at the problem of layered injection allocation of water injection wells on unmanned platform, the downhole flow valve is remotely controlled and adjusted through the ground control system and hydraulic pipeline, so as to achieve the purpose of layered allocation. The process has been successfully applied in well B of an unmanned platform in Bohai Sea in 2021, with reliable performance and good measurement and adjustment effect. This paper introduces its process technology, key devices and field construction application, providing a useful reference for layered water injection in offshore oil fields in the later stage.
