毛用活性染料羊毛低温染色工艺

羊毛纤维在低温条件下(85～95℃),用α-溴代丙烯酰胺型毛用活性Lanasol染料进行染色,经过改变助剂、醋酸用量、温度等参数并优化工艺后,使羊毛纤维上染百分率和固色率均有一定程度的提高;同时,由于染色温度较低,羊毛纤维在染色后单纤断裂强力得到改善;并且,通过助剂的优化,染色后纤维的牢度也得到提升。

Low temperature dyeing of wool with reactive dyes

Wool fiber was dyeing with alpha bromo acrylamide type wool reactive lanasol dyes at low temperatures(85~95 ℃),changing the dosage of addivtives and acetic acid,temperature and other parameters,and then optimize the process.In this way,the wool dyeing rate and fixation rate were both increased to a certain externt.At the same time,because of the low temperature dyeing,wool dyeing fiber′s breaking strength was improved,and through the auxiliary optimization,the fastness of dyed fabric was also increased.
