| 摘 要： | 在SGD-980型花式纱高速钩编机上,通过经纬纱原料选择,钩编机上经纬纱针的排列,以及花板编排、割刀的切割偏离度等工艺变化,纺制钩编羽毛花式纱线。探讨了钩编羽毛纱羽毛的性能、密度、长度及连续性等主要指标与纺纱工艺原理之间的关系,得出羽毛纱线的特性主要由纬纱原料决定,羽毛长度与经纱针槽间距、割刀偏离度及纬纱原料弹性有关,羽毛密度与纬纱原料、生产速度有关,羽毛的连续性与花板排列组合有关。 |

| Abstract: | On a high-speed crochet machine fancy yarn of type SGD-980,the feather fancy yarn was spinning with arrangement of the spacing of the warp or weft yarn needle position on the crochet machine,figured pattern card layout,plough cutting bias and other process.It discussed the relationship between spinning craft principle and feather performance of the yarn,density,length,continuity and other major index points,got the result that the characteristic of feather yarn mainly depended on the weft material,and length of feather was related to warp needle spacing,plough cutting bias and elasticity of weft material,density of feather was related to weft material,production speed,feather continuity and figured pattern card arrangement. |
