摘    要:以硅偶联剂环氧丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷(KH560)作为交联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了壳聚糖/氨基磺酸硅杂化体系,并对羊毛进行处理。用红外光谱、X-射线衍射、热分析、SEM对处理羊毛进行结构表征,并研究处理工艺条件对羊毛染色性能的影响。结果表明:通过壳聚糖/氨基磺酸硅杂化体系处理羊毛,表面形成了一层含氨基官能团的薄膜,有利于对染料的吸附,并且处理后羊毛的热性能增强。与未处理羊毛相比,处理羊毛的染色性能大大提高。当处理条件为CS/AS的质量比为1∶2,KH560用量为3%(owf),浸渍时间为90 min,羊毛可获得比较高的表观色深度K/S值。

Abstract:In this paper,chitosan/sulfamic acid nano SiO2 hybrid system obtainted by sol-gel process,was treated wool fabrics.Structure of surface modified wool was characterized by infrared spectra,X-ray diffraction,thermal analysis,SEM analysis methods,and the effect of different treatment conditions on wool dyeing properties was investigated.The results showed: the surface of treatment wool was covered a layer of thin film containing —NH2 groups,contribued to the wool dyeing.Compared to the untreatment,the thermal preoperties was enhanced,and the dyeing properties of wool was improved obviousily.When the treatment condition was 1∶2 the mass ratio of CS/AS,3%(owf) KH560 contration,treat time 90 min,treated wool can achieved high K/S value.
