摘    要:文章采用低温等离子体和蛋白酶联合处理技术对羊毛表面进行改性,探讨了等离子体和蛋白酶处理对羊毛抗毡缩性、润湿性能的影响。结果表面:等离子体处理羊毛最佳工艺为:时间3 min、压强50 Pa、功率150 W,蛋白酶处理羊毛最佳工艺为:蛋白酶用量2%(owf)、时间40 min、温度50℃、pH值8,低温等离子体和蛋白酶联合处理使羊毛织物抗毡缩性能提高,能够有效去除羊毛表面鳞片。

Abstract:Application of air low temperature plasma and protease combination on surface modification of wool was studied.The effects of the plasma and protease treatment on anti-felting and wetting of wool fabric were discussed.The results revealed that the optimum conditions with air low temperature plasma in lab were as follows: time 3 min,pressure 50 Pa,power 100 W.The optimized protease treatment conditions was the dosage of protease 2%(owf),40 min,50 ℃,pH value 8.The shrink resistance of wool was improved with LTP and protease combination,and the synergistic effect of the two enzymes was able to remove wool scales effectively.
