大型中碳船用锻件性能影响因素的探讨

摘    要:针对碳猛钢冲击值低问题,对40Mn船用锻件使用了两种热处理工艺。结果分析表明:用两次正火工艺可以改善锻件锻造后组织遗传,如网状铁素体和混晶等,强度与冲击值都有明显提高,而塑性未受影响;加快回火后450—650℃段的冷却速度可以明显地改善第二类回火脆性,提高冲击值;碳含量应减少,锰碳比大于3.5:1为宜。

Abstract:Two heat treatment technologies to ship-using forging 40Mn were adopted in order to solve low impact effect problem to C-Mn steel.Test result showed that,it can improve organization heredity after forging by two normalized,such as netted ferrite and mixed crystal,besides,the strength and the impact value were increased obviously,and the plasticity was not affected.By increasing the cooling rate of 450~650℃ after tempering,can obviously improve the second kind of temper brittleness,enhance impact value.And the carbon content is supposed to reduce,the ratio of Manganese Carbon shall be more than 3.5∶1 for good.
