氰尿酸生产过程中“三废”的综合利用

摘    要:氰尿酸是一种重要的有机中间体,传统生产工艺为尿素热解法,该工艺会产生大量的含氨气体和大量不同浓度的酸性废水.采用二级塔吸收流程将酸性废水和含氨尾气进行综合利用,并副产农用硫酸铵.工程分析结果表明,该综合利用工艺经济效益和环境效益十分显著.

Abstract:Cyanuric acid(CA) is an important organic intermediate,and the traditional production technology of CA is urea pyrolysis,but it produces abundant gas that full of ammonia and acidic waste water with different concentrations.The article adopted two steps tower absorbing flow,which could make comprehensive utilization of the acidic waste water and the waste gas.Its byproduct is agro-ammonium sulfate.Engineering analysis shows that the economic and environmental benefits are very remarkable of the comprehensiv...
