| 摘 要： | 党中央目前在全国范围内开展“学习实践科学发展观活动”，科学发展观为各行各业又好又快的发展指明了前进的方向，也是我校应对金融危机，朝着建设国家示范高职院校目标迈进的行动指南。提出通过“在学习领悟中更新观念、在谨慎应对中寻找差距、在总结成绩中增强信心、在主动迎战中调整方略和在科学实践中推进示范”四个方面的措施，以实现昆明冶金专科学校又好又快的发展。
