| 摘 要： | 本文设计采用电容式重力变换器和CDC史．路给合，通过传感器的电容量测量，标定倾角的大小弄口方向，采用合适的数据处理和温度补偿，能得到较高精度的测量结果。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a method of calibration the dip angle using gravity-capacitance converter and CDC, by measuring the capacitance of the sensor. After adequate data process and temperature compensation, it is possible to get high resolution digits in result. |
