摘    要:在现代化电网中,以数字化控制技术为核心的有源电力滤波器(APF)在改善电能质量方面得到广泛应用。在某些特殊应用场合,APF产品对于功率密度和散热方式有着严格的要求。基于此,提出一种高频自冷有源电力滤波器产品,该产品采用传统两电平拓扑结构。功率器件选择三相全桥碳化硅(Si C)MOSFET模块,控制系统选择DSP+FPGA综合控制的方式。最终,将其应用于20 A的三相四线制APF样机中。

Abstract:In modern power grid, the active power filter (APF) based on the digital control technology is widely applied in the aspects of improving electric energy quality. Further, in some special applications, it is strict on the power density and cooling. In the paper, the APF with the characteristic of high frequency and self cooling is proposed, which adopted the traditional two-level topology. The power device consists of three-phase full-bridge power silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFET modules, and the control system is integrated with DSP FPGA control. Eventually, it was promoted in the 20A three-phase four-wire APF.
