风力发电并网电压扰动信号的分析与检测

摘    要:风力发电并网中的暂态电能质量问题严重影响电网的安全稳定运行和用电设备的正常使用,因此深入分析风电并网产生的暂态电能质量问题并且准确检测扰动是非常必要的。首先,分析了风电并网系统引起暂态电压扰动的原因,并建立风电并网系统的仿真模型,得出电压扰动信号的具体类型;然后,基于稀疏分解的思想,分析了具体的暂态电压扰动信号;再针对其特点构造了风电并网电压扰动原子库,减少了信号分解时的计算量,提高了匹配追踪的速度。该方法不仅对扰动信号准确分类,并且同时实现了扰动信号的定位和参数估计,辨识方法简单有效,精度较高。

Abstract:The transient power quality problems of wind power grid affect the safety and stable operation of the power system and electrical equipment, therefore analysis on wind power transient power quality problems depth and detect the disturbance accurately is necessary. Firstly, the thesis has introduced the reason of transient voltage fluctuation regarding to integration of wind power.And thus, the article introduced different types of the disturbance signal from the transient voltage fluctuation. To be more specific, according to sparse decomposition framework, thesis used this method to increase the matching speed: analyzing the disturbance signal from the transient voltage fluctuation. t not only could increase the accuracy of disturbance signal assortment, but it achieved transient disturbance location and parametric estimates.
