摘    要:针对中频电源间谐波严重危害电力设备的安全稳定运行问题,基于中频电源的电路拓扑结构,深入分析了此设备间谐波的产生机理。首先分别对中频电源中整流器和半桥逆变器的谐波发生特性进行了数学建模;然后结合两者的谐波传递规律推导出中频电源间谐波发射机理的数学模型;最后以十二脉中频电源为例,分别对其进行了仿真设计和实测数据分析。仿真结果和实测数据结果表明,该间谐波数学模型准确描述了中频电源间谐波的发射特性,其模型准确度可满足工程应用的要求。

Abstract:The generation mechanism of inter-harmonics for medium-frequency power supply is deeply analyzed based on its circuit topological structure, which badly impact the safe and stable operating state of electric power equipment. First of all, the mathematical models of harmonic transmission characteristics in rectifier and half bridge inverter are established. Then, the mathematical models of inter-harmonic in medium-frequency power supply are derived by combining harmonic transmission characteristics of both. Finally, medium-frequency power supply with twelve pulses rectifier is analyzed by simulating and measuring data. The simulation and measurement results show that inter-harmonics emission characteristics of medium-frequency power supply is accurately described by these mathematical models, and the accuracy of models can meet the demand of engineering application as well.
