| 摘 要： | 机头模板的形变在宽幅螺杆分配机头中表现十分突出，对产品质量有较大的影响，本文采用ANSYS来分析计算宽幅螺杆分配机头模板的形变，得出了采用耦合方法计算机头模板的形变结果。

| Abstract: | The deformation of head template is quite seriously in wide screw distributing head, which has rather influence in the quality of product. This paper adopts the ANSYS to analyze and calculate the deformation of wide screw distributing head, gained the deformation result of head template by the calculation of coupling method. |
