基于GNSS时基的数据融合时间对准算法

摘    要:为了改善空中交通的安全性和效率,对雷达等多传感器的监视数据融合时间对准方法进行了研究。从理论上将数据融合时间对准算法推广到先将数据统一到一标准时间基准上,而后再进行数据融合,据此推导出一种基于标准时基的多数据融合时间对准解析算法。并用一/二次雷达数据、ADS、VDL数据进行了仿真检验,结果表明:该算法的正确性且可满足空中交通使用。

Abstract:In order to improve the safety and efficiency of air traffic control,a new method to complete time-alignment of multi-sensor data fusion is studied.Algorithm of data fusion for surveillance was achieved with a new time-base,and then data fusion was completed.According to the method,a new improved algorithm is based on a GNSS's time-base.At last,data of the PSR,SSR,ADS and VDL were used to verify the effectiveness of this algorithm with computer.The result indicated that the algorithm is correct and can fulfill the requirement of air traffic control.
