摘    要:本研究探讨了粉末活性炭吸附分离阿魏酸的工艺。结果表明,粉末活性炭对阿魏酸的吸附能力很强,最大吸附量为325~340mg/g,在低浓度下(≤5mg/100ml)能将溶液中的阿魏酸全部吸附;pH在2.0~9.0范围内,粉末活性炭对阿魏酸的吸附不受pH的影响。乙醇、乙酸乙酯只能将活性炭所吸附的少部分阿魏酸洗脱出来,而2.0%的NaOH溶液能完全洗脱被吸附的阿魏酸。薄层层析结果表明,采用粉末活性炭从蔗渣碱解液中分离的阿魏酸纯度很高。

Abstract:Powdered activated charcoal was used to separate ferulic acid reagent in the solution. The results showed that powdered activated charcoal has high capacity for adsorbing ferulic acid. Its maximum adsorption capacity is 325-340mg/g and it could adsorb all ferulic acid in the solution when the concentration of ferulic acid is lower than 5mg/100ml at pH2.0-9.0. 2.0% of NaOH could desorb almost 100% of the adsorbed ferulic acid, whereas alcohol and ethyl acetate could desorb less than 30% of the adsorbed ferulic acid. The results of TLC showed that ferulic acid separated by powdered activated charcoal from alkali-hydrolyzed sugarcane bagasse has high purity.
