Optimization of Hot-Box Process for Cylinder Block Water Jacket Sand Core by Using ZHTO750 Core Shooter with a Box with Two Cores

The shortcomings of the traditional structure or manual-recommended type and its installation structure of hot box including parting of core box,core box body,loose piece of the opening-box body,gas needle lower ejector core rod,upper the core rod flexible installation methods were briefly introduced and reviewed in the producing of MR479Q cylinder block water jacket sand core hot box by using a box with two cores of ZHTO750 core shooter.For its shortcomings,the optimal methods were proposed and its preferred structure was introduced.
