| 摘 要： | 井下作业外部市场的开拓,对修井作业员工的素质提出了较高的要求。由于培训时间、内容、人员不到位,培训设施不配套,培训计划不完善,培训定位不准确,使培训效果不理想。因此,强化员工的基本训练势在必行。只有结合企业自身的实际,把员工的基本功训练的各项工作落实到实处,才能真正培养出适应国际化修井专业要求的复合人才。

| Abstract: | Developing external markets in downhole service requires well workover operators' higher quality.Due to the problems in training time,content,persons,facilities,plan and positioning,training results are not satisfactory enough.So,it is evitable to intensify the training of employees' skill.Only we implement all kinds of work of the training of employees' skill in accordance with the enterprise's actual situations can we really get compound talents in internationalized well workover by means of training. |
