稠油开采泵上掺水工艺在八面河油田的应用

摘    要:在稠油开采过程中,掺水法是降低稠油粘度、增加其流动性达到提高开采效率的重要措施之一。根据掺水点的不同,分为泵下掺水工艺和泵上掺水工艺。泵下掺水易形成掺入水空循环、采出液含水高,不利于提高开采效率。泵上掺水工艺可克服泵下掺水工艺的弊端,且实施简单方便,成本低廉,降粘效果较好。

Abstract:In exploiting heavy oil,water blending is one of the most important methods to lower viscosity of heavy oil and increase its flow property for enhancing oil recovery.According to different water blending points,the water blending is either above pump or under pump.Water blending under pump is bound to cause blended water's circling and high water-bearing of produced liquid,which is bad to enhance oil recovery.However,water blending above pump can overcome the shortcomings of water blending under pump and is convenient to construction with lower cost but better effects of viscosity reduction.
