| 摘 要： | 抚顺乙烯化工有限公司于 1 993年建立了振动监测网络 ,网络分别选用美国 ENTEK科学公司的 PM预测维修系统、美国本特利公司的旋转机械故障诊断 ADRE3系统及本特利公司的数据管理 DM2 0 0 0系统。通过几年的实际应用 ,诊断出大量机组问题 ,有效提高了设备利用率 ,降低了设备故障率 ,为企业创效提供了保障。

| Abstract: | Vibration monitoring network of Fushun ethylene chemical limited company is established in 1993.PM pridictive maintenace system of American ENTEK science company,rotating machine failure diagnosis ADRE3 system of American Benteli company,and the data management DM2000 system of American Benteli company are selected by network.After several years actural application,a lot of machine set problems are diagnosed,equipment utilization factor is increased effectively,equipment failure rate is decreased,and the pledge for earning benifit of enterprise is offered. |
