卵磷脂的安全性评价及降血脂实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究卵磷脂的急性毒性和遗传毒性,同时研究了卵磷脂对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法:急性毒性试验采用Horn氏法,遗传毒性试验方法选择Ames试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验;调节血脂试验采用大鼠脂代谢紊乱模型法,观察指标为血清TC、TG及HDL-C。结果:卵磷脂的大、小鼠LD50均大于21500mg/kg·bw,属无毒物;三项致突变试验结果均为阴性。此外,卵磷脂在剂量为112.5、225mg/kg.bw时,能明显提高实验性高脂血症大鼠的血清HDL-C水平,同时,其血清TG水平平均下降了12.26%和27.74%,但在445mg/kg.bw剂量条件下则无上述效应,而对同批大鼠的血清TC水平则影响不明显。结论:卵磷脂为无毒物,未显示有遗传毒性作用;降血脂试验结果表明卵磷脂的降脂效果值得进一步探讨。

Abstract:Safety and effect on serum total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of lecithin were carried out in mice and experimental hyperlipidemic rats. The results showed that: lecithin has no acute toxicity and mutagenicity. It was of basic safety. In addition, lecithin could obviously increase the level of serum HDL-C in exeprimental hyperlipidemic rats, when the dosage was 112.5 or 225 mg/kg body weigh. The average level of serum TG were reduced 12.26 % and 27.74 % in the same rats and the same dosages. But there were not similar effects when the dosage was 445 mg/kg body weigh. And the lecithin could not clearly affect the level of serum TC in the same rats. The results indicated that the effect on reducing hyperlipidemia of lecithin should be further studied.
