稀土固体超强酸SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2/Ce(Ⅳ)催化合成邻苯二甲酸二辛酯

摘    要:以苯酐和2-乙基己醇为原料,稀土固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2/Ce(Ⅳ)为催化剂,合成了邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇∶苯酐(摩尔比)=3∶1,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的1%,反应温度为205℃,反应时间3 h时,酯化率可达97%以上。

Abstract:The synthesis of dioctyl phthalate from phthalic anhydride and 2-ethyl hexanol over rare earth solid superacid SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2/Ce(Ⅳ)catalyst was studied.The influential factors on reaction were investigated.The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follows:mole ratio of 2-ethyl hexanol to phthalic anhydride was 3∶1,the amount of catalyst was 1% of the weight of reactants,reaction temperature was 205℃,reaction time was 3 h.The yield of dioctyl phthalate may up to 97%.
