| 摘 要： | 介绍了攀钢高炉炉顶综合煤气连续分析技术应用研究。该技术结合国内外同类技术的使用经验，选择适应现场条件的最佳技术方案和当前最新煤气分析设备，并对分析系统采取了可靠性、连续性、防堵塞、快速响应等关键技术措施，在高炉上装机应用获成功。系统能连续准确地测出炉顶综合煤气中的CO2、CO和H2的浓度值，为高炉操作及时了解炉况和调剂负荷提供依据，使高炉稳定高产，提高了煤气利用率。
